John Iredale
John Iredale is President of Karsten Companies, a full-service construction and development firm that he started in 1987 and that serves the Northeast corridor. Karsten Company has successfully completed hundreds of projects throughout a wide range of sectors including industrial, educational, residential, office, retail, and healthcare.
Jim McAuliffe
Jim McAuliffe has worked for John Hancock and created their first low-income housing tax credit fund, raising over $350 million. He left to form Abbott Development, the first company in Massachusetts to build transit-oriented apartment developments. In 2013, Jim founded and ran Omni Navitas, a national solar development firm. Omni became the largest solar developer in New York state.

Chad Dixon is a trusted energy advisor and professional with over a decade of experience in the energy industry. Chad holds an MBA in Innovation Management from Temple University as well as an Energy Policy & Economics degree from the University of Delaware.
Matthew Ciocci
Matthew Ciocci is a full-service solar & battery EPC. He has experience in solar / battery development and has been affiliated with over 8,000 solar and battery projects in his career. Matthew has been involved with many types of projects and specializes in business development and project management from sale to construction.
